IOYWO Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the IOYWO AI API gateway and workspace service for individuals and teams. Upstream model services have their own data practices.

We process your display name, email, password verification information and sessions for registration and access. Workspace, project, membership and invitation records support permission boundaries and collaboration. Keep credentials private. New project API keys are stored encrypted and may be revealed by their workspace owners and administrators. Legacy hash-only keys cannot be recovered.

API requests and upstream services

Prompts, messages and required parameters are transmitted to the upstream channel that processes a request. Do not submit personal information, confidential material or other sensitive data without authorization.

Workspace logs record operational and billing information such as model, status, token usage, cost, latency and time. Necessary error and routing audit information is also processed. Upstream services may handle requests under their own rules; this policy does not guarantee their retention periods or training practices.

Payments

Top-ups require workspace identifiers, order numbers, payment method, currency, amounts, credits and payment status. Alipay checkout uses the configured Epay service. Card payments use Stripe only when enabled. Payment services process the information they require. Never send support your payment password or full card information.

Infrastructure and browser storage

IOYWO uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application hosting, databases, storage and email. Necessary cookies maintain sessions; browser storage remembers preferences such as appearance. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email. Clearing browser data may require you to sign in or set preferences again.

Security, retention and requests

Data supports service delivery, billing, dispute handling and security. Retention depends on the relevant purpose and applicable law. Account deletion may not immediately remove transaction or security records that must be retained.

Manage profile and security settings in your account. Send access, correction or deletion requests to admin@ioywo.com. Identity verification may be required; team or third-party data cannot be deleted solely on an unverified request.
