Rules for IOYWO API access, account security, workspace credits and service use
Service scope
IOYWO provides an AI API gateway and workspace management for individual developers and teams. Available models, usage prices and payment channels depend on current system configuration. Model names do not imply official partnerships.
Accounts and permissions
Register with an email you control and verify it before using your workspace. Protect passwords and API keys, and only act within authorized workspaces. Team roles control project and billing access. Platform administration does not replace workspace membership.
Workspace credits and top-ups
USD-denominated workspace credits pay for API usage on IOYWO. They are not a US dollar bank deposit, currency exchange product or cash withdrawal facility. The CNY top-up ratio is a configured credit sale price, not a market foreign exchange rate.
The payment page displays the current rate and packages. The created order determines its currency, payment amount and credited balance. Later rate changes do not rewrite existing orders. Receipt depends on confirmed payment notifications and the recorded paid status; returning to the website alone does not confirm payment.
Available channels are shown in the system. Contact support with an order number for duplicate payments, amount discrepancies or other disputes. Refund requests are reviewed according to the transaction and applicable law. Automatic refunds and automatic top-ups are not promised, without limiting statutory rights.
API usage and billing
Requests require a valid key, an available model and sufficient balance. Usage is recorded according to model pricing and actual processing results. Model output may be inaccurate or incomplete and needs independent review; do not rely on it as the sole basis for professional decisions.
The service depends on upstream providers and networks. Backup channels and routing strategies aim to improve availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed latency or success for every request.
Content and acceptable use
You retain your lawful rights in submitted content and authorize the processing and transmission needed to fulfill requests. Ensure you are entitled to submit content and comply with applicable law and upstream service rules.
Do not steal keys, bypass permissions or billing, attack the service, distribute malicious content or process personal data without authorization. Necessary restrictions may be applied to security or abuse risks, with notices and review handled according to the circumstances.
Changes and support
Features, models and pricing may change. Review your workspace and payment page before use. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
